The final finishing touches are being made to Aberdeen Art Gallery as a £35 million project to transform the Granite city attraction reaches its conclusion.
A special ticketed preview is set to take place this weekend to mark the reopening of the North East attraction.
The revamp project has seen restoration work on the A-listed building take place with the gallery space also increased in size so it can allow for 1,080 items to be put on display.
Aberdeen Art Gallery is home to a vast collection of important work from a number of Scottish artists, designers and makers including Henry Raeburn, Joan Eardley, Samuel Peploe, Rachel McLean, Bill Gibb and James Cromar Watt.
Work from internationally acclaimed artists including Claude Monet and Barbara Hepworth can also be viewed inside the gallery.
More information about opening times can be found on the Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museum website.
