Day One – Fly to Glasgow

Arrive in the national cultural hub of Glasgow, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring or unwinding at the hotel.

Day Two – Included Loch Lomond excursion and André Rieu in concert

Today, you’ll venture to Loch Lomond, one of Scotland’s largest lochs, where you can admire the picture-perfect views from the banks. Part of The Trossachs National Park, Loch Lomond is ringed by woodlands and backed by rolling highlands. Keep your eyes peeled for the red deer that roam the area and golden eagles that take refuge amongst the treetops. During the day, you’ll have ample time to wander the footpaths that encircle the loch, taking in the 30 or more islands that are scattered throughout and soaking up the sight of beautiful Ben Lomond on the eastern shore.

Later, you’ll return to your hotel and get ready for the concert at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, the undoubted highlight of your trip.

Acknowledged as one of the world’s greatest living musical legends, André Rieu was classically trained and is now an accomplished violinist, an excellent conductor, and a truly great showman. Rapt audiences sway with his delightful music, hum along and even dance in the aisles, so prepare yourself for a truly unforgettable evening.

Day Three – Included city tour of Edinburgh

On your final full day, you’ll set off with your tour manager to Edinburgh, known as the ‘Athens of the North’. Here, you can enjoy an orientation tour, with free time to perhaps take a stroll along the lanes of the Royal Mile, and gaze upon the Palace of Holyrood House and the castle atop its rocky promontory.

Day Four – Fly home

This morning, you’ll be transferred back to the airport for your flight home.
